Super Fast Chia Pudding
This is my new favorite breakfast and snack! It is so yummy and yes....it is good for you. You can make it with any "milk" that you prefer. So far I've used regular 2% milk, coconut milk and kefir. 1 cup kefir with 1/2 cup coconut milk is my favorite.
Recipe:
1 1/2 cup milk or whatever milk substitute that you really like
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 cup Chia Seed
A mason jar or covered container that you can shake!
Combine all ingredients in mason jar or container. Shake. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours, overnight is better. That's it! Enjoy!
